Hiya or should I say G'day from down under.

The first week of training the trainers course has gone really well and it was great to watch some of the participants change their views over the week.

We focused on recovery and it is clear to me that recovery down under is the same as in Europe.

We spent the weekend on an island with sunny days and temps in the 30C.  Of course the 17th being St Patrick's day we had a few and woke up on Sunday slightly worse for wear.

This week we are running our second one week course on recovery and are looking forward to watching people develop  their views on recovery. Oh, Karen and I have started a new book called, 'Making Recovery Happen'. I will write again soon.

Have arrived in Perth Australia and it is 42 degrees in the shade. They expect me to train in this heat. I shared a platform with Dorothy Rowe and that was great fun. The beer here is ice cold even when it is adverstised as British beer. The system here is no better than the one in the UK so lots of work to do. I am just about over the jetlag so will start to send more interesting stuff tomorrow.
